What You’ll Bring:
Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to diverse patient needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Knowledge of mental health and IDD service frameworks is a plus
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in community health, behavioral health, or related settings
Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse populations
Familiarity with state-specific regulations in Pennsylvania
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Experience working with individuals with mental health or developmental disabilities is preferred
Prior community health or home-based care experience
Other Requirements:
This position is part-time, offering up to 24 hours per week
Flexibility to travel within the community as needed
Relevant certifications in CPR, First Aid, or specialized behavioral health training are advantageous
