Required Skills:
Current RN license in Pennsylvania
Strong clinical knowledge and mental health experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate approach to patient care
Familiarity with community-based service delivery and documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with MH/IDD populations
Crisis intervention certification
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid RN license in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably in community health, mental health, or related fields
Experience working with diverse populations in community-based settings
Other Requirements:
This role involves working up to 20 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours (08:00 - 16:30)
Valid Pennsylvania nursing license and current CPR certification
Reliable transportation for potential local travel (reimbursements available where applicable)
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and respond to client needs effectively
