Job Description:
Beaver Falls Long Term Structured Residential is a 16-bed unit dedicated to the treatment of individuals with serious mental illness. The program spans 6 months to a year and provides a safe, structured environment led by psychiatric professionals. Services include group therapy and one-on-one therapy aimed at stabilizing residents and preparing them for community reintegration.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health
