Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $87.00/hr as 1099 Contractor

What You’ll Do
Provide psychological evaluations and testing to support mental health treatment plans
Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using diverse therapeutic modalities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for detainees with mental health needs
Support crisis intervention and respond to medical emergencies as required
Participate in training and educational activities related to mental health
What You Need
Required:
Doctoral Degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Active, unrestricted psychologist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience at independent practice level
Current BLS certification
Preferred:
Experience working in detention, correctional, or residential mental health settings
Knowledge of Modified Therapeutic Community models and diverse therapeutic modalities
Ability to work in multicultural environments and utilize telehealth services effectively
