What You’ll Do:
Provide independent psychological evaluations, including testing and diagnoses, to detainees with mental health concerns
Manage and implement mental health treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions
Assist in developing specialized programming within therapeutic communities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Offer mental health education and training to staff and stakeholders
Respond to medical emergencies as needed and provide telehealth services where applicable
What You Need:
Doctoral Degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Current and unrestricted license to practice psychology in Arizona
Minimum one year of clinical experience in behavioral health
Knowledge of psychological testing, diagnosis, and treatment modalities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and utilize electronic health records effectively
