Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
Knowledge of psychiatric treatment plans and therapy methods
CPR/First Aid certification
Bilingual abilities (English and other languages)
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 6 months of relevant mental health experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Eligibility to work in Pennsylvania
Willingness to work with diverse populations in a structured residential setting
Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shifts on weekends and holidays
Certification or training in behavioral health or related fields is a plus
