What You’ll Do:
Provide direct care and support to residents with serious mental illness.
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of psychiatric professionals.
Foster a safe, therapeutic environment through compassionate engagement and structured activities.
Support residents’ progress toward stability and community re-entry.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience working in a mental health setting or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional in challenging situations.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in mental health or related fields.
Prior experience working with individuals with serious mental illness or in residential treatment settings.
Knowledge of psychiatric behavioral health treatments and protocols.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or continued education in mental health appreciated.
Minimum of 6 months professional experience in mental health or behavioral health services.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work in a structured residential environment.
Ability to commit to the start date of May 3, 2026.
Valid certifications or licenses when applicable.
