What You Bring to the Role:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in a mental health setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
Compassionate attitude and a desire to support recovery
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in residential or inpatient mental health facilities
Certification in CPR/First Aid
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and group therapy facilitation
Experience with documentation and electronic health records
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 6 months of relevant mental health experience preferred
Prior work with psychiatric populations is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Willingness to work shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends
Travel reimbursements and certifications available as applicable
