Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience working in mental health or a related healthcare setting

Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and maintain confidentiality
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience working in long-term residential or inpatient settings
Certification in CPR or First Aid
Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in mental health care preferred
Prior experience working with individuals with serious mental illness is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required)
Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
