Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a structured treatment environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in mental health support or related fields
Experience working with long-term psychiatric populations
Crisis intervention training
Knowledge of psychiatric medication management
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required
At least 6 months of experience working directly with individuals with serious mental illness
Prior experience in residential treatment settings is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary clearances
Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible shifts in evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation for shift coverage if required
