What You’ll Do:

Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate attitude and patience when working with individuals facing mental health challenges
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in residential mental health facilities
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience with group therapy or one-on-one counseling support
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in mental health or related fields preferred
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass background checks and any required certifications
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
