We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Psych Tech 1s to be integral members of our treatment team at the Beaver Falls Long Term Structured Residential facility. In this vital role, you'll work in a supportive, treatment-focused environment to help stabilize and prepare residents for successful reintegration into the community. Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health or related settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Basic knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment approaches
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in residential or long-term care facilities
CPR and First Aid certification
Familiarity with psychiatric medications and procedures
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in mental health or a similar environment
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed
Willingness to be part of a dynamic team committed to ongoing learning
