What You Will Bring: Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of experience in mental health or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills
Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Behavioral Health Technician credentials
Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
Knowledge of psychiatric treatment modalities and protocols
Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience working in mental health settings or residential facilities
Other Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is involved)
Willingness to undergo background check and onboarding requirements
Certifications in CPR, First Aid preferred but not mandatory
