Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
On-Call: 24/7 schedule, including two overnight shifts per month and one weekend shift every three months

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Certifications: Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery
Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license in California
Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency, specialized training in foot and ankle surgery

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
Develop and oversee non-surgical treatment plans for foot and ankle conditions
Manage pre- and post-operative patient care, including wound management and rehab
Perform a full range of foot and ankle surgeries, such as fracture fixation, arthroscopy, joint replacements, and deformity corrections
Handle complex trauma, limb salvage, and high-acuity cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in resident education
Provide urgent and emergent orthopedic care during on-call rotations
Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to operational and research initiatives
What You Need
Required:
MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school
Active, unrestricted medical license in California
Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
Minimum 1 year post-residency experience
Preferred:
Experience with complex trauma and limb salvage cases
Strong communication and teamwork skills
