Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Valid and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania
board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Proven experience in obstetric care, including labor and delivery management
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to adapt to varying clinical situations
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with high-risk pregnancies
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Previous locum or temporary staffing experience
Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in obstetrics
Prior experience working in hospitalist settings preferred
Other Requirements:
Must possess or obtain necessary Pennsylvania state medical licensure
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Ability to commit to shifts as scheduled; flexibility encouraged
Willingness to travel to West Chester, PA as needed
Bilingual skills are a plus
