Pay & Benefits
Pay package: Guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000+ per year
Additional Compensation: $50,000 signing bonus; $2,000/month residency or fellowship stipend; opportunity for up to $100,000 student loan repayment over five years

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality orthopedic care including consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
Lead inpatient hospital care or coordinate with hospitalist teams for coverage
Join a well-established, multi-specialty clinic on hospital campus with modern ORs and support services
Participate in a flexible call rotation and weekend coverage
Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
Collaborate with a team of experienced providers including CRNAs, APPs, and clinical staff
Mentor and teach medical staff and trainees when appropriate
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained across all patient interactions
Contribute to community health in a high HPSA score location, eligible for J1 visa sponsorship
What You Need
Required:
Medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
J1 visa sponsorship eligibility
Preferred:
Minimum 2+ years of orthopedic surgical experience
Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and community involvement
