Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join Providence Medical Group – Santa Rosa Urology on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a specialized focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction, contributing to exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive urological care with an emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction procedures.
Participate in outpatient clinics at our state-of-the-art facility located across from the Santa Rosa hospital.
Manage patient consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care within specialized areas.
Provide on-call coverage approximately 7-10 days per month, including beeper call, with onsite availability during weekday working hours (7:00 am – 5:00 pm).
Respond to hospital call-backs after hours and on weekends, typically 3-5 times per week, ensuring continuous patient care and safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered urological services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (within three years of completion of residency).
Current or eligible for California medical licensure (candidates willing to obtain CA license preferred).
Strong interest and experience in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction is required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
