Required Skills
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC/BE OBGYN)
Valid PA Medical License
BLS Certification
DEA Certification
Proficiency with EMR systems, ideally EPIC
Ability to perform minor procedures such as EMB, Colpo, Pessary Maintenance, PAPs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with Colposcopic procedures
Prior outpatient clinic experience
Familiarity with high patient volumes (20-25 patients/day)
Adaptability to varied schedules and call duties (PRN)
Preferred Education and Experience
Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Prior clinical experience in a busy outpatient setting
Other Requirements
Willingness to adhere to vaccination policies or hold approved exemption requests
Credentialing and privileging completed within 60-90 days
Active PA license and DEA registration required
Travel expenses including airfare, hotel, and rental car reimbursed where applicable
This position offers an excellent hourly rate of $295.62, with opportunities for overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x the standard rate. Work primarily during daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Monday through Wednesday, with a supportive team, modern tools, and a commitment to your professional growth.
