Are you a dedicated and skilled Urology Physician looking to advance your career in a supportive community hospital setting? We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert urological care in our dynamic environment. What You Bring to the Table:
Proven expertise in general urology with at least 5 years of experience
Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Urology
Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA certification
Strong clinical skills, including inpatient and ER call coverage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Experience in trauma care and complex urological cases
Familiarity with Epic EMR system
Experience working in community hospital settings
Availability to cover two weekends per month and holidays
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
At least 5 years of relevant practice experience
Successful credentialing within 90 days (expedited credentialing available)
Other Requirements:
Pennsylvania state medical license
DEA certification
Willingness to support on-call duties from Friday 0700 to Monday 0700, with shifts including weekend and holiday coverage
Travel and licensing reimbursements provided when applicable
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $3,399.63, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time, robust referral bonuses, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and dedicated support from our team throughout your assignment. Our hospital features 132 beds, utilizes Epic EMR, and has a committed staff of physicians and PA ready to collaborate with you.
