Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Lancaster, CA

Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid medical license in California
Proven experience in obstetric and hospitalist settings
Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
Previous locum or temporary staffing experience
Knowledge of the latest obstetric protocols and best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency obstetric practice
Prior experience working as a hospitalist in a busy hospital setting
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on or before 12/31/2025
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
Valid California medical license and DEA registration
Must meet all federal and state licensing requirements; travel and licensure reimbursements are provided when applicable
