• Monday – Friday 5 days in clinic
8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
weekend call TBD not required
• Frequency of Weeknight or Weekend Call Requirement - TBD
Work Details:
• Support Staff: 2 Physicians in group
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: full-time
• Patients per day: 16-20 patient per day
• Patient Population/Age: 60
• Department Description: Cardiovascular Institute in Flagstaff needs general cardiology coverage
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills Preferred: interpersonal and relational with staff and patients
• Interview Process: Teams interview

Requirements:
• Board Certification Preferred: Boarded in General Cardiology
• License Required: AZ License - IMLC License is ok
• Certifications Required: ACLS BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
