Pay: Salary range $250,000 - $325,000/year based on training and experience (discussed at interview)

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality neonatology care using evidence-based clinical guidelines
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including strong clinical communication
Participate in in-house coverage and transport/critical-call responsibilities (as outlined for the role)
Support high-risk deliveries and assess critically ill newborns in the NICU
Care for a busy Level III NICU environment with conventional ventilation and HFOV available
Contribute to coordinated neonatal services as the regional perinatal center
Provide consults with available pediatric subspecialty support as needed
What You Need
Required
Board Certified Neonatologist
Strong clinical skills and ability to work well within a team-based environment
Ability to adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines
Fellowship must be completed prior to start (new graduate candidates considered)
Preferred
Experience working in NICU settings (details not specified in the order)
Comfort collaborating with in-house nursing and pediatric subspecialty support teams
