What You’ll Do:
Provide anesthesia care for 50-60 surgical cases daily in a Level 1 Trauma Center
Supervise CRNAs in a care team model
Manage anesthesia for patients ranging from neonatal to adult
Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons, nurses, techs, and providers
Ensure patient safety and quality of care during anesthesia procedures
Follow hospital protocols and guidelines for anesthesia administration
Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
What You Need:
Required:
Valid Ohio Medical License and DEA
Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS
Experience in pediatric anesthesia
Preferred:
Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
Exposure to supervising CRNAs
Strong team collaboration skills
