Physician - Family Medicine Clinic

Required Skills:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted California Medical License
BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage 20-22 patients daily
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Additional language skills or cultural competence in diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Prior experience in family medicine or outpatient care preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work day shifts (8 hours, Monday through Friday)
No night or weekend call responsibilities
Participation in federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC scholar site eligibility)
Willingness to travel for licensure or certification reimbursements as applicable
Compensation for this role ranges from $140.00 to $145.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid CME time and stipend, malpractice insurance, and robust referral bonus programs.
