Job Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Hematology Oncology - Seaside, OR

  • End Date/Duration: Based on client needs
  • Shift: Mon-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts possible if schedule shifts)
  • Hours/Week: 32-40 hours
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • License/Certs: Active license, DEA, AONCP certification, BLS
  • Experience: Relevant hematology-oncology experience preferred
  • Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note actual pay confirmed on bid)

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage hematology-oncology outpatient patients, including infusion therapies
  • Respond to lab results and coordinate patient care in collaboration with oncologists
  • Work independently on select days while supported by an expert team
  • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient encounters
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and navigators
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care aimed at improving patient outcomes
  • Assist with patient education and follow-up in a busy outpatient clinic
What You Need:
Required:
  • Active license in Oregon
  • DEA registration
  • AONCP certification
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hematology-oncology

Preferred:
  • Experience working in outpatient oncology clinics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
