Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for urology care? We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specialized in Urology to provide exceptional outpatient services in a dynamic clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality outpatient urology care under appropriate supervision
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage urological conditions
Assist in procedures and treatments as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document clinical findings accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records
Required Skills:
Valid certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Urology specialty experience is a must
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of current U.S. healthcare regulations and standards
Nice to Have Skills:
EMR/EHR proficiency
Experience in outpatient clinic settings
Bilingual capabilities
Familiarity with surgical procedures related to urology
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
At least 2 years of clinical experience in urology or a related field
Current state licensure and certification in good standing
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Ability to start as soon as credentialed; coverage begins in March
Ability to travel for licensure, certification, or training if applicable
