Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Urology
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for urology? We are seeking talented and motivated Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional outpatient urology care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This full-time locum position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while advancing your professional experience.
In this vital role, you will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting as soon as possible once credentialed. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality outpatient urology services, ensuring patients receive compassionate and comprehensive care in a well-organized setting. Required Skills
Valid and current license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Proven urology specialty experience is essential.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and patient engagement capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of outpatient urology procedures and protocols.
Nice to Have Skills
Prior experience in a busy outpatient clinic.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Additional certifications in urology or related specialties.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in urology.
Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous.
Other Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensure and credentials.
Flexibility to adapt to clinic scheduling needs.
Professional references and background checks required.
Willingness to travel or cover additional locations as needed.
