Required Skills:
Valid licensure/certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Endocrinology
Proven clinical experience in endocrinology or related fields
Strong patient assessment, diagnosis, and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Comfortable with floating between sites as coverage demands
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in outpatient endocrine clinics
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing (NP) certification
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology or similar specialty
Current state licensure and board certification in your respective field
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Flexibility to float between different practice sites based on operational needs
Willingness to participate in occasional travel or additional training as required
Certifications related to advanced practice providers and maintaining licensure
All applicable travel, licensure, and certification reimbursements will be provided

Compensation is at a competitive hourly rate of $1.00, with weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and various additional benefits including paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursement, and a robust referral bonus program.
