Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Endocrinology. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine Disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances.
Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with best practices and patient needs.
Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical standards and protocols.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
Required Skills:
Current and valid Advanced Practice Provider license and certification (PA-C or NP).
Proven clinical experience in endocrinology or related specialties.
Strong knowledge of endocrine disorders, diagnostic procedures, and treatment modalities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to float between multiple healthcare sites as needed.
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient endocrinology setting.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Additional certifications in diabetes education or hormonal therapy.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner Program from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in endocrinology or similar field.
Prior experience working in multi-site healthcare environments.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Ability to float between sites to provide coverage as needed.
Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
