Required Skills:
Valid Texas Physical Therapy license
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in assessment, evaluation, and goal-setting for physical therapy treatments
Strong understanding of physical agents and treatment modalities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and supervise treatment administration
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR system
Knowledge of therapy treatment planning for diverse patient populations
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings
Proven ability to manage a patient caseload independently
Other Requirements:
Availability to start as soon as possible
Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Professional attire including navy blue scrubs
Willingness to comply with healthcare facility protocols and safety standards
Reports directly to the Physical Therapy Director
