What You Will Bring:
Proven experience of at least 1 year in physical therapy practice
Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Proficiency in evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
Ability to supervise treatment administration and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort working with EMR systems, specifically Meditech Expanse
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
Additional certifications such as CPR, Manual Therapy, or trauma-informed care
Familiarity with patient education and discharge planning
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
Must hold an active Texas Physical Therapy license
Availability to start ASAP
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, pending patient care scheduling
Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and facility policies
Willingness to work in Navy Blue scrubs and adapt to the facility’s EMR systems
This non-exempt position offers an hourly pay rate of $60.30
