We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional outpatient care across diverse populations, including pediatrics, acute care, and hospice settings. This pivotal role offers you the chance to develop meaningful patient relationships and utilize your clinical expertise in a supportive, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to a wide-ranging patient demographic, from newborns to adults in hospice care. You’ll contribute to our acute care and swing bed programs, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Your expertise in pediatrics will be especially valued as you help improve mobility, comfort, and recovery outcomes for our youngest patients. This position requires flexibility, clinical excellence, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Proven experience in outpatient, pediatric, and acute care settings
Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with neonatal and hospice care
Bilingual abilities
Advanced certifications or specialty training in pediatrics or neurology
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient and pediatric environments
Other Requirements:
Must hold current licensure and certifications as required
Willingness to travel to different facilities as needed
Ability to work during standard weekday hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Willingness to participate in on-call or weekend shifts if necessary
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay rate of $63.65
Weekly pay via direct deposit
