We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care across a diverse outpatient setting. This vital role offers the opportunity to work in a high-impact environment, applying your expertise to help patients of all ages—from newborns to hospice care—achieve their health goals. You will be an integral part of a compassionate team, delivering personalized therapies that improve lives and promote wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to a broad patient demographic, including pediatrics, adults, and hospice patients.
Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on outpatient therapy, ensuring comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans.
Assist with therapies within the Acute Care and Swing Bed programs as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Adhere to all safety, legal, and ethical guidelines to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment.
Required Skills:
Valid and current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Proven experience in outpatient therapy, particularly with pediatric populations.
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with acute care or swing bed settings.
Knowledge of pediatric development and specialized pediatric therapies.
Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with pediatric care preferred.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Ability to work in outpatient environments, with flexibility for related acute care tasks.
Relevant certifications and licenses, along with flexibility to handle occasional travel or reimbursements where applicable.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $63.65.
