Are you a dedicated physical therapist passionate about improving patients' lives? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, from newborns to hospice, in a supportive environment committed to excellence. You will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life through personalized therapy plans.
Required Skills:
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Pediatric experience is essential
Ability to assess and develop individualized therapy programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of outpatient therapy care standards and procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with acute care and swing bed programs
Bilingual capabilities
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or similar)
At least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience
Prior experience working with pediatric populations
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pediatric experience required; no new graduates
Willingness to provide therapy services across various diagnoses and settings
Successful completion of background check and applicable certifications
Travel reimbursements, licensure, and certification reimbursements are provided when applicable
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65
