Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $37.86/hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Competitive pay package discussed upon application; relocation assistance available up to $2,500 (receipts required); sign-on bonus up to $5,000 payable after first pay period, with additional bonuses after 1-3 years; opportunity to work in a reputable facility with diverse patient populations.
What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Document patient progress using Meditech or similar electronic health records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
What You Need
Required:
Valid Kansas Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
2+ years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient and inpatient care settings
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
