Physical Therapist (PT) — Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, providing high-quality care to our patients. This position offers a stable and rewarding career path within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement
Patient Care Focus: Outpatient primarily, with some inpatient duties
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Special Skills: Wound care experience is a plus; candidates willing to perform a broad range of therapies are preferred
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient outcomes
Provide both outpatient and inpatient therapies, emphasizing outpatient services
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on injury management, prevention, and wellness strategies
Document treatments accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Proven experience in outpatient therapy, with additional inpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform wound care procedures (a plus)
