What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services for a variety of patient diagnoses, including spinal cord injuries, neuro conditions, orthopedic surgeries, and medically complex cases
Manage a caseload independently within a multidisciplinary team environment
Participate in departmental and hospital orientation and maintain compliance with departmental protocols
Document patient progress in EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech Expanse, and WellSky
Support patient recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based therapy interventions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
What You Need
Current Louisiana PT license
Minimum 1+ years of experience in therapy, experience with complex patient populations preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Support within the department from supervisors, assistant directors, and peers
