Job Description
Physical Therapy
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist committed to restoring mobility and improving quality of life for diverse patient populations. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work predominantly at Winslow with the flexibility to provide support in Dilkon as needed, addressing a variety of outpatient orthopedic and neurological cases. Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of outpatient orthopedic and neuro therapy experience
Proven ability to manage a wide range of cases, including orthopedic and neurological conditions
Valid Arizona or Compact nursing license
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning capabilities
Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in rural or underserved settings
Bilingual skills to serve diverse populations
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
At least 3 years of outpatient therapy experience, with a focus on orthopedic and neuro patient care
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on March 30, 2026
Option to work 8 or 10-hour shifts, flexible scheduling
Ability to travel within the service areas as needed
Compliance with all licensing, certification, and travel reimbursement policies
Compensation for this position is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $63.65.
