Hourly Rate: $57.71

What You’ll Do
Perform evaluations, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans
Assess patients’ response to treatment and modify plans as needed
Maintain accurate patient records according to standards and policies
Contribute to program development to meet community and patient needs
Educate and communicate effectively with patients and team members
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulation and standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient experience metrics
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Valid physical therapy license for Louisiana
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in physical therapy practice
Proficiency in computer software, web-based applications, and documentation standards
Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules based on patient demand
