Required Skills:
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interaction
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities across diverse patient diagnoses
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaboration
Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules based on patient demand
Ability to evaluate and monitor patient progress throughout treatment
Nice to Have Skills:
Pediatric outpatient experience
Bilingual capabilities or multilingual skills
Experience with telehealth or remote patient management
Knowledge of current healthcare technology and innovative therapy techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with pediatric outpatient experience strongly preferred
Current and active PT licensure in the practicing state
Other Requirements:
Must hold an active physical therapy license in the state of practice
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially hazardous materials
Adherence to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and accreditation standards pertaining to healthcare and patient safety
Ability to work in a healthcare setting involving direct patient contact and specimen handling
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $57.71, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and more.
