Job Description
Physical Therapy Specialist

Required Skills:
Valid and current physical therapy license/certification in the applicable state
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in outpatient settings
Proven pediatric treatment experience, with the ability to manage a wide age range from newborns to hospice patients
Strong knowledge of various diagnoses and treatment modalities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with acute care and swing bed programs
Certification in specialized therapy techniques or pediatrics
Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
At least 2+ years of relevant outpatient therapy experience, with pediatric expertise highly valued
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Willingness to handle a diverse caseload across outpatient, pediatric, acute, and hospice settings
