What you'll bring to the role:
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on outpatient orthopedics.
Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
Preferred skills and qualifications include outpatient experience and comfort working with a sports-active patient group. While new grads are not accepted, first-time travelers are welcome to apply, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in a variety of clinical settings. Candidates with additional certifications or specialized training in orthopedics or sports therapy will be viewed favorably.
Educational and experience requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
Other requirements:
Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
Productivity goal of 60 patient visits per week; expected to see 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
OT hours require prior approval from the director.
Start date as early as 06/03/2024.
Travel or licensure reimbursement as applicable.
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $53.60, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and support for licensure and travel expenses.
