Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Valid current physical therapy license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with inpatient and outpatient exposure preferred
Proficiency in computer use, including healthcare software and web-based applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient and team interactions
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
Flexibility to adapt schedules based on patient demand
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with program development and quality improvement initiatives
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Familiarity with telehealth applications and virtual treatment platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
Current state licensure/certification in physical therapy
Ability to work in a healthcare environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases
Availability to work during day shifts, primarily 8-hour shifts
Willingness to adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory standards, including compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $57.71, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
