Physical Therapist – Wellstar Paulding Medical Center – PT

Required Skills:
Effective communication skills to convey treatment plans and collaborate with team members
Excellent customer service focus
Strong team-oriented mindset and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy for documentation and record-keeping
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying shift schedules
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Epic electronic health record systems
Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings
Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS Instructor, with willingness to obtain if not already certified
Availability to work day shifts (Mon-Fri, 4x10 hour shifts), with flexibility for on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
No travel required beyond local assignments
Must complete and submit all required documentation, including a Wellstar cover sheet
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $46.90, with benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly direct deposit payments, robust referral bonus programs, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and travel-related expenses when applicable.
