Required Skills:
Valid and current Physical Therapy license
Proven knowledge of outpatient therapy techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Knowledge of manual therapy techniques
Prior experience in outpatient settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required
Will accept first-time travelers
Other Requirements:
Outpatient experience preferred; not mandatory
Willingness to float to other clinics as needed
Productivity expectation of 60 visits/week; averaging 12-14 patients/day with possible double-booking of follow-up visits
36 hours guaranteed per week, with up to 40 hours possible
OT hours require prior approval from the director
Will accept new grads and first-time travelers
Travel reimbursement and licensing/certification support when applicable
