Required Skills:
  • Valid and current Physical Therapy license
  • Proven knowledge of outpatient therapy techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Knowledge of manual therapy techniques
  • Prior experience in outpatient settings

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required
  • Will accept first-time travelers

Other Requirements:
  • Outpatient experience preferred; not mandatory
  • Willingness to float to other clinics as needed
  • Productivity expectation of 60 visits/week; averaging 12-14 patients/day with possible double-booking of follow-up visits
  • 36 hours guaranteed per week, with up to 40 hours possible
  • OT hours require prior approval from the director
  • Will accept new grads and first-time travelers
  • Travel reimbursement and licensing/certification support when applicable
