Physical Therapist – Bremerton, WA | Full-Time Contract

Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $50.00/hour plus 11 Federal Holidays for a blended rate of $52/hr in addition to Health & Wellness Benefits at $5.09/hr up to 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do
  • Perform a full range of physical therapy services within your clinical privileges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
  • Administer manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and traction to relieve pain and improve function
  • Educate and motivate patients in performing exercises and using assistive devices
  • Record patient responses, progress, and treatment details accurately
  • Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Promote wellness, prevention, and health education activities


Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree: Master's degree in physical therapy or Baccalaureate degree in physical therapy for graduates before January 1, 2002.
  • Education: Graduate from a college or university approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • Experience: As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions.
  • Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist.
  • Basic Life Support Certification: Required by American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

Preferred:
  • Experience in a clinical setting with diverse patient populations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
