Required Skills:
Valid and active Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification
Strong understanding of outpatient therapy practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Basic proficiency with documentation and electronic health records
Ability to manage a productive caseload efficiently, averaging 12-14 patient visits per day
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with diverse outpatient populations
Knowledge of motivational strategies to foster patient adherence
Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited PTA program
Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are considered
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to float between clinics as needed
Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved beforehand
Ability to see approximately 60 visits per week, with productivity expectations
Patient population includes a variety of outpatient cases, with the potential for initial and follow-up visits
No travel required; all certifications and licensure must be current and maintained
