Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Wellstar Paulding Medical Center. This is a full-time day shift position, working 4 days a week, 10 hours per day, with varied days of the week. The role includes on-call duties as needed, along with weekend and holiday coverage (minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays). The candidate must be willing to obtain certifications if not already in hand.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Physical Therapist Assistant Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS-Instructor certification (must be willing to obtain if not current)
Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team-oriented, with basic computer proficiency
Work Schedule:
Day shift, Monday-Friday, 4x10 hours
On-call, weekends, holidays as needed
Certifications:
Willing to Obtain if not already held
Bill rate: $70/hour
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
Start Date: 03/02/2026
