Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy
Are you dedicated to improving patients’ lives through expert physical therapy? We are seeking a committed and skilled Physical Therapist to provide outstanding care across diverse clinical settings. This vital role offers the opportunity to work with complex patient populations, make a meaningful impact, and advance your professional skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Bring:
Current Louisiana Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in specialty settings such as inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient, or skilled nursing
Ability to independently manage a caseload and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency with electronic medical records, including EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
Knowledge of managing varied diagnoses, including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, orthopedic procedures, neuro conditions, and medically complex patients
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Supportive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with pediatric developmental cases or higher-functioning neuro diagnoses
Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience working with specialized equipment and technology
Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and patient needs
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in the specified patient populations
Valid LA PT or PTA license
Other Requirements:
No weekend coverage required for outpatient; inpatient rehab and acute care facilities may require up to one weekend per month
No on-call duties; holidays are off
Flexible to attend a general hospital and departmental orientations (2-3 days)

Scrub color for inpatient: Pewter; outpatient: professional dress
