Join Our Team as a PT Outpatient Therapy/Rehabilitation Therapist

Required Skills:
Valid Louisiana State License in Physical Therapy
BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Proficiency in Epic electronic health records
Experience with general orthopedics, neuro, disability cases, and generalized weakness
Ability to manage approximately 10 visits per day
Strong communication and patient rapport skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in outpatient settings
Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices
Flexibility to work occasional inpatient shifts
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
At least one year of relevant outpatient therapy experience
Other Requirements:
Willingness to be part of an "Emergency Team" and respond to facility events, including possible shifts to inpatient care and emergency assignments
Compliance with all certification and licensure requirements
Availability to work day shift (07:30 – 16:00), Monday through Friday
Ability to work in scrubs (maroon/wine/burgundy)
This position starts on April 6, 2026, offering an hourly pay rate of $56.95. We provide competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws. Additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses are also included.
