What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Proven ability to assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse patient populations
Excellent organizational skills to manage patient visits efficiently
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a healthcare team
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice to Have Skills:
Outpatient therapy experience
Experience with patient education and home exercise programs
Ability to adapt to different clinic settings as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Prior outpatient or relevant clinical experience preferred
Recent graduates encouraged to apply; eligible for licensing support
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to float between clinics as needed
Patient load of approximately 12-14 patients daily with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
Approval required for overtime hours
Start date: April 1, 2024
Compensation: $50.25/hour
