We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at our esteemed clinic located at 204 Lister St., Cave Junction. What You'll Need:
Valid and current Physical Therapist license
Experience in outpatient settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of current therapy techniques and standards of care
Ability to handle a busy outpatient caseload efficiently
Nice to Have:
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Certification in specialized areas (e.g., orthopedics, neurology)
Bilingual skills to serve a broader patient demographic
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus, though new grads are welcome to apply
Additional Requirements:
Outpatient setting experience preferred; new grads considered
No travel required
Productivity expectations include approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
Double-booking of follow-ups anticipated for efficiency
36 hours guaranteed with the possibility of up to 40 hours; overtime must be pre-approved
Willingness to float to other clinics is not required
Must work at our Cave Junction location beginning April 15, 2024
