What You Will Do:
As a Pharmacy Tech, you will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise will contribute directly to patient safety and satisfaction in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.
Required Skills:
Valid pharmacy technician registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with compounding is preferred but not mandatory
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous travel pharmacy experience
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
Additional certifications or training in pharmaceutical compounding
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of professional pharmacy technician experience, including compounding experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Must be registered and licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in Massachusetts
Travel experience preferred
Ability to work varied shifts, including every 2nd to 3rd weekend (7 am - 3:30 pm)
No call requirement
Shift hours typically 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, with some shifts from 11 am – 7:30 pm
Paid sick time in accordance with law
Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses where applicable
