Description: Position / Specialty - Inpatient Pharmacist
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3 PM and 8:30 PM – 5 PM
Years of experience REQ: 0 to 2 years of identified pharmacy experience
First-timers accepted: Yes with prior inpatient experience
Weekend REQ: Will work every 4th weekend
Certs REQ: BLS Chemo/Hazardous Drug IV Certification State License
Is on-call REQ? Yes - every 4th weekend
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
Locals accepted: Yes
Pending License accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
